Easy Tamarind Chutney | Imli ki Chutney

Add zing to any meal...!


1 cup tamarind - good quality
1 cup water
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp chat masala
1/2 tbsp salt


In a saucepan, put all ingredients and cook on low heat, stir occasionally and bring to boil. Simmer for few minutes till mixture is thickened and a glow appears. You can remove pits if you want. Sevre with fried snacks.
